New CSCD director We are pleased to announce that Catherine Marchand will be the new Director of the FCM Centre for Sustainable Community Development. Catherine has many years of experience working on sustainable development issues and in municipal management. Most recently she was the Director of Urban Planning and Sustainable Development for the City of Gatineau, Quebec, prior to that she served as Executive Director of the Intergovernmental Committee on Urban and Regional Research (ICURR) in Toronto, Ontario. |
