ACT update: New guide for municipal housing developments The ACT (Affordability and Choice Today) program has published a new guide on how to respond to NIMBY (not-in-my-backyard) opposition to new housing developments. Available in print and electronic versions, the guide is designed to assist municipal officials and politicians in gaining community acceptance for sound housing developments.
